ZDY series cylindrical gear reducer
Overview: ZDY/ZLY/ZSY hardened cylindrical gears
The hard tooth surface reducer is produced in accordance with the national standard (Gb19004-88), mainly including four series of ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (two-stage), ZSY (three-stage) and ZFY (four-stage).
Performance characteristics:
1. The center distance, transmission ratio, etc. are all optimized and designed, and the main parts and components have good interchangeability.
2. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, and the gear hardness reaches HRC58-62.
3. Small size, light weight, high precision, large carrying capacity, long life, high reliability, stable transmission and low noise.
4. Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the thermal power cannot be satisfied, circulating oil lubrication or fan and cooling coil cooling can be used.
