Lubrication: Appropriate use of lubricating oil can exert the efficiency of the steering gear and increase its operating life.
a. The initial period of use is two weeks or 100-200 hours, which is the initial wear period. There may be a little metal wear powder during this period. Please be sure to clean the inside and replace with new lubricating oil.
b. For long-term use, replace the lubricating oil every six months-a year or 1000-2000 hours.
Type of lubricating oil: The lubricating oil of this product adopts CNPC full-effect gear oil 90-120 degrees, low speed, light load conditions, it is recommended to use full-effect gear oil 90 degrees, heavy load, high temperature conditions, it is recommended to use full-effect gear oil 120 degree.
